High School

My form is simply boring
I want to be elastic—
I hate to be just storing.
I'm tired of being plastic.

They do not recycle me.
I am left out in the sun.
Forever they let me be,
as such, I just can't go on!

Sometimes I freeze for hours,
and often I am crushed.
As I stare at the flowers,
I wish I was just flushed.

How I hate the garbage can!
And even more, the ceiling fan.
Anything that ever ran,
and how my life began!

B. Only the odd-numbered lines rhyme with each other.
C. All the lines in the stanza have the same rhyme scheme.

Answer :

Final answer:

The second stanza of the poem follows an AABB rhyme scheme, with the first two lines rhyming and the second two lines forming a couplet.

Explanation:

The end rhyme scheme in the second stanza of the poem can be identified by examining the rhyming words at the end of each line. In this case, the poem follows an AABB rhyming pattern, which means the first two lines have end words that rhyme with each other, and the second two lines also contain end words that rhyme with each other, creating a couplet effect. Therefore, the correct answer would be that the first two lines rhyme, and the second two lines rhyme, indicating a rhyme scheme of AABB for the given stanza.
